Our First Commune Village

Help us build a living village for ecology, learning, and coexistence.

We are building our first community-rooted learning and action space — a place where children, youth, farmers, artists, educators, conservationists, and local communities can come together.

One gift, branching out like a watershed.

Resources here move like water through a forest  from a single gift out into ecosystems, projects, and the people, children, and wildlife on the ground.

Our model ensures that every rupee moves straight into the hands of the people who live where 80% of the world's biodiversity still breathes.

How Becoming Earth Works

Becoming Earth Foundation is built as a decentralized ecosystem

Implementation

Our direct ecological action system where conservation, restoration, coexistence work, field projects, community action, and  Place based ground-level ecological interventions come alive.

Non-Zero

Our knowledge and learning system -growing research, ecological education, local knowledge, curriculum, documentation, and place-based learning

Circula

Our resource system - moving funds, materials, assets, grants, and partnerships transparently into the work.

Project Kenjiga

Where Becoming Earth works on its own inner ecology

Project Kenjiga is our internal exploration space for people, culture, structure, learning, wellbeing, and shared leadership.

It helps us collectively ask what work can become when it goes beyond only productivity  into care, responsibility, reflection, conflict, freedom, and aliveness.

Inspired by the red ant, Kenjiga is about building an organisation that is collective, alert, deeply connected, and not dependent on one centre of power.

Because Becoming Earth cannot build coexistence outside if we do not practice it inside.

The reality of conservation funding

The people who keep the forest alive almost never touch the money. We were built to break that pattern.
